Lessons are built around the goal and level of each student: after a first consultation lesson the teacher creates an individual programme, and lessons then run for 60 minutes one-to-one. What is Anna’s teaching approach?
Anna’s approach is individual teaching in which the programme follows the goal and level of the particular student rather than a fixed course. Every lesson lasts 60 minutes and is taught one-to-one: the student speaks actively, works on grammar and vocabulary, listens to audio and reads. The teaching relies on author-made materials with audio and creative tasks, and on regular feedback on homework.

Which materials are used in the lessons
Anna is the author of English activity books for children: they include audio, creative tasks and topics for speaking practice. These books are used in lessons with children, while for other students the teacher selects materials that match their level and goal. Learning materials and homework review are included in the lesson price.

How the lessons adapt to the student
The programme is shaped after the first consultation lesson, which establishes level and goal. The pace and content then follow the student: children work with playful tasks from the author-made activity books, while adults focus on speaking practice, grammar and English for everyday life and work. Scheduling is agreed individually, taking time zones into account for online lessons.
Online and in-person lessons — one method
Both formats are taught by the same teacher, on the same principles and with the same 60-minute length. The difference is in how the lesson is organised, not in the approach to teaching.
