    This Privacy Policy describes how Anna Yeshchenko ("I", "me", "we") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when visiting anna-yeshchenko.com (the "Site") or contacting me regarding English lessons or activity books.

    1. Who I am

    I am Anna Yeshchenko, an independent English teacher and author of children's activity books, based in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella, Spain. You can reach me at eshchenko.anna87@my.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +34 697 588 731.

    2. Information I collect

    I only collect information you choose to share with me when you contact me, namely:

    • Name (when you introduce yourself);
    • Email address (when you write to me by email);
    • Phone number (when you contact me via WhatsApp or phone);
    • Information about your English level, learning goals, or order details that you voluntarily share;
    • Standard technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited) — used only to keep the Site secure and improve user experience.

    The Site does not include any signup form, user account system, payment form, or newsletter subscription. All bookings and book orders happen through external channels (WhatsApp, email, phone).

    3. How I use your information

    • To answer your questions and arrange trial or regular English lessons;
    • To process and ship orders for activity books;
    • To keep the Site working properly and prevent abuse;
    • To comply with legal obligations.

    I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

    The Site uses a minimal number of cookies, only those strictly necessary for the website to work (for example, to remember your language preference).     I keep your contact information only as long as needed to provide the requested service (lessons or book orders) and to comply with applicable accounting and tax laws. You may ask me to delete your data at any time.

    Lessons are often booked for children, but the Site itself is not directed to children under 13. When a parent or legal guardian contacts me on behalf of a minor, I only process the minimum information needed to organise the lessons.

    I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
